This is Margaret Lerner. I have seen you as a patient. Today my husband was rubbing cream on me for pain in those areas. I remembered my ball I received from you. We had just said a prayer & received your email!!! Thank You!!!!!
As an avid reader I find this to help with neck and shoulder discomfort. I also find your suggestion to place a pillow upon your lap and set book upon pillow to raise it up lessening neck strain. Yes, there are still people who like to read hard copy books!!!
I am a physical therapist and chiropractor of 25+ years. I help patients at my office in Orchard Park NY, and am working to bring customized therapy to people online.

Great idea Dr. Cox
Great technique. I’ve used it since you first explained it to me. Thanks
Great idea! It helps to see you doing it so I can make sure my form is correct at home. Thank you!
Great stuff, I have been doing this with some hip issues with great success.
